Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs
Coconut oil pam
Seasonings of choice: sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme
Instructions:
Season both sides of the chicken thighs with desired choice of seasonings.
Spray the bottom of the air fryer with coconut oil pam.
Place the chicken in the air fryer and spray the top of the chicken thighs with coconut oil pam.
Set the air fryer to 390 and let cook for 8 minutes.
Then flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 8 minutes, or until nice and crispy.
